  Was glad to have a local store nearby that would print a prepaid mailing label for me. I could have sworn the man on the phone I spoke to said $1.50 (which I thought was insane but was going to do because of the convenience), but when I got to the store the woman told me it was going to be THREE DOLLARS. That's absolutely absurd. While I was in there she was also rude and not helpful to an older woman who can in to mail something. I will certainly be driving extra to ship things from ANYwhere else this Christmas.

  Never in my life have I had a worse customer service experience. The place is run down, and when I entered a woman "greeted" me. She asked me what I needed and I told her I was there to pick up a package. She looked at me like an idiot and very rudely said "yeah, and?" It almost made me question if package pickup was even a service they offered because she looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Dumbfounded, I didn't know what to say and she just stared at me for a long while before saying "I'm gonna need more information than that honey". I couldn't believe someone would ever speak to a customer like that. I was picking up a package my dad sent me (I go to ASU and am living in banner elk for the summer). The box was beat to hell when I picked it up. He told me he had put $22 in the box and I didn't see it in there so I called to ask if he had forgotten. He said it should've been in there, but it wasn't. Now I'm not saying this is Wraps' fault, but after the poor experience I had it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they had taken the money out and rewrapped the package since, according to their websnnite, wrapping packages is "what they love doing". I haven't gotten around to calling them yet because they're closed now, but this definitely won't be the last they hear from me. (I also rarely complain as I work with customers every day and I am usually understanding of people having off-days)
